Yes potentially! If you have private health insurance with exercise physiology cover then yes you can claim a rebate on your appointments at Ebb & Flow Exercise Physiology.

Yes, I do. If you have a chronic condition you may be entitled to a referral for five Allied Health appointments per calendar year. The current rebate is $58.20. Please ask your GP if you are eligible and then provide them with my details for your referral.

Yes, if I believe I am the right clinician to help you. Other important details are that I do not have disability access including bathroom facilities as I operate a home clinic. My clinic is also small and not big enough for support workers to attend.

No, you do not need a referral. You can book an appointment with me at any time.

I currently do not have a HICAPs or eftpos machine and will email you your invoice after your appointment to be paid within 3 business days. When you have paid I send you your receipt and you can easily claim your private health or medicare rebate.

Exercise Physiologists focus on movement, exercise and education to treat or help you manage your condition. Exercise is medicine after all! While it is outside our scope to diagnose or perform manual therapy, we still perform tests, assessments and use our hands to assess or guide you in your movements.

You are welcome to bring babies who are not yet mobile, or children old enough to entertain themselves. Their safety is my number one concern followed closely by you getting the most out of your time with me.

Please wear tight fitting pants or shorts on the bottom and either a tight singlet or crop top on the top so you feel comfortable taking your shirt off. This enables me to accurately see your posture and how you move. Please also bring socks to wear on the equipment. Pilates socks are available at the clinic if you need them.
