I help women with persistent pain, stiffness and dysfunction, build a resilient body, through my biomechanical approach to movement and exercise.

MOVE WELL & FEEL GOOD

No, it’s not “all in your head” and you don’t have to put up with it!

Posture and Biomechanics

Everybody’s body is different. By assessing your movement, posture and joint alignment, I prescribe individual exercises and programs to suit your body from rehab to strength training.

Exercise for Persistent Pain

Persistent pain and stiffness is literally a pain. Learn to move again in a way that dampens down, or inhibits the pain response and facilitates feeling flexible, strong and free.

Exercise for Pelvic Health

Kegel’s are not always the answer! Your pelvic floor works in synchrony with your whole body, therefore a whole body approach is often the key to improving your symptoms .

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Exercising in pregnancy and postpartum can feel overwhelming especially if you have discomfort, pain or pelvic floor concerns. Through corrective and evidenced based exercise, I help you keep moving in this phase of life and beyond.

Hey, I’m Rachel

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), exercise science nerd, foodie and founder of Ebb & Flow Exercise Physiology- a health and fitness clinic that helps women with persistent musculoskeletal pain, stiffness or pelvic floor dysfunction finally get the answers and solutions they deserve.

For too long, women have been dismissed by the health system, been put in the too hard basket, or made to feel like their symptoms are "in their head".

I'm here to help women stand tall (literally and figuratively) by optimising their alignment, movement patterns & biomechanics, and learn that their bodies are in fact, capable of amazing things.
